Tom brings a broad skill set from strategy through execution to ensure our winning vision is backed by action.

Tom brings over 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, and acquisitions within global manufacturing businesses to Merriam Partners. For the last decade, Tom has served as an executive leadership team member of a US based, S&P listed company with greater than 6 billion dollars in annual revenue, and an international company with more than 2 billion dollars in annual revenue, where he served in several capacities including Head of Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Head of Integrated Business Planning, and Business Unit Head (P&L ownership).

Prior to these corporate experiences, Tom was a management consultant with McKinsey and Company, and held roles in R&D and Manufacturing for Becton Dickinson & Company. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
